Halloween

The holidays are the best, but Halloween, not so much. I love watching the kids have so much fun dressing up. I love the creativity people come up with the costumes. But I'm also the one who is safe with Halloween. We don't do any of the scary-looking, nasty decorations. Pumpkins, (nice) ghosts, mums, etc. is my cup of tea.

This year, I helped Momma do the costumes. A few years the grandkids on my side coordinate together.

Cash's 1st Halloween (2 months old)

Halloween 2009

We didn't coordinate this year. I found this costume and just couldn't pass it up! My neices/nephew on my side were pirates that year.

Halloween 2010

Cash was a monkey last year. He wasn't very excited about Halloween at all. And I was about to pop with Quinn. Less than a month to go! The neices/nephew were adorable clowns!

So this year we were....

GNOMES!

Sorry for picture overload! Hope your Halloween was great too!

Too Blessed

I'm totally exhausted, mainly mentally. Between normal mommy work and being a wife, I'm completely overtaken by planning my sugarplum's 1st birthday and doing (more) special gifts for Christmas.
I'm very thankful that Halloween is over. I helped Momma make the costumes this year, and I honestly think that took over my life for a few weeks! All the work was worth it though. The kids all looked adorable as usual! Halloween pics will be in a separate post. There's too many to pass up!

So, today is catching up on posting pictures and blogging, along with researching for the party and gifts. The kids are having a lazy day. Love these days with my babies!

I absolutely LOVE the holidays! By far, my favorite time of year! I'm so excited for decorating the new house to celebrate Jesus's birth! Plus, our new house has a fireplace and mantle, so I can't wait to get it ready for Santa to come and visit!  :)

And just because my baby boy is so cute, I'll share his first school pictures!

Have a blessed day! It's a gross fall day here, so we're staying in and cuddling  :)
